Music Empowers Foundation Announces Music Multi-Year $100,000 Grant To Benefit Little Kids Rock Across America

This past February, Andy Davis, Founder of Music Empowers Foundation was joined by Kris Allen, recording artist and 2009 American Idol winner, and Dr. Phil McGraw to announce a multi-year $100,000 grant to the Dr. Phil Foundation to support Little Kids Rock Across America. Music Empowers Foundation's grant will fund new staffing at Little Kids Rock and help to bring free guitars, other contemporary instruments and an innovative music instruction program developed by Little Kids Rock, to 25,000 children in major metropolitan areas across the country. The Foundation's grant was announced at a Little Kids Rock teacher training seminar in Los Angeles as part of a segment being taped for a future Dr. Phil show.
